Proteus Nano configuration

One of the Proteus Nano treatment rooms is a fixed-beam room, providing treatments used primarily for patients with head and neck cancers.

The other is a gantry treatment room, which allows the proton beam to be delivered to the patient from multiple directions and is used primarily in pediatric and complex cases.

Providing both types of rooms, with their different capabilities, expands a center’s scope of treatment options and can increase patient throughput by better utilizing available space.
