Visits follow the schedule recommended in the Maintenance Guide of your equipment. The main
objective is to prevent any deterioration of the equipment performance. Some verification
tests are performed and reported in the Technical Intervention Protocol and Report. These
visits can be performed during week end.

IBA has set up a Technical Helpdesk to communicate efficiently with customers who call for
technical support. This service is performed through a hot line available 24 hours per day and
365 days per year. As a complement of the support given over the phone. IBA engineer can
remotely connect its PC to the customer PC/PLC and visualise the different screens of the user
Interface.
On-site Emergency visit

A departure of IBA engineer is guaranteed in case of blocking problem. The departure of this
Engineer will be within twenty-four (24) hours after a common decision has been made.
Emergency visits may be required on the equipment to solve blocking problems
